PRIVACY POLICY.

How customer data is handled in connection with this product, what information you should keep on your own device, and how to contact us about privacy.

Effective: October 11, 2026 · Applies to this $37 digital product
SECTION 01

Product-specific privacy notice

This Privacy Policy describes how Think Digital LLC, operating as Laptop Money (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles personal information associated with Your First $1,000 With Digital Products and its sales pages, checkout, support, and download journey.

We aim to limit collected information to what is reasonably needed to process orders, provide access, respond to requests, operate the website, and measure advertising when enabled.

SECTION 02

Information you may provide

When you purchase or contact us, the checkout provider and/or our support channels may process your name, email address, order details, payment status, billing/tax-related information, and the text of your communications. You may also create worksheets on your own device.

Your filled-out business worksheets are not required to be uploaded to this website or emailed to us. We do not request payment-card numbers, account passwords, or your completed business plans for ordinary delivery or support.

SECTION 03

Payment processing and delivery

Checkout and digital delivery are intended to be handled through Payhip and its supported payment providers (or another clearly disclosed provider selected at checkout). Those third parties process payments and may collect additional payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and delivery information according to their own policies.

We may receive the order and contact information necessary to provide access, support, and refunds. The static marketing pages do not themselves process or store raw card numbers.

SECTION 04

Why we use personal data

We may use relevant purchase and support data to fulfill orders, send or support download access, verify transactions, issue eligible refunds, answer questions, detect abuse, maintain accounting records, comply with legal obligations, and improve the customer experience.

We do not require you to share your business ideas or completed worksheets as a condition of using the product.

SECTION 05

Cookies, analytics, and Meta tools

We use the Meta Pixel on this product website to help measure advertising performance. When not blocked by browser or device settings, it sends a PageView event when a page loads, and a ViewContent event when someone visits the product sales page. Meta Pixel may use cookies and browser or device information, including referrer and page interaction signals, subject to Meta’s policies and your browser settings. Our payment provider, Payhip, may send its own checkout and confirmed-purchase events to the same Meta dataset through its integration. A visit to our publicly accessible thank-you page is not, by itself, proof of payment. You can restrict cookies and tracking through your browser settings and available Meta advertising controls. Additional consent or opt-out choices must be made available wherever applicable law requires them.

SECTION 06

Information sharing and service providers

We may share only the information needed with payment and download providers, website hosting companies, business operations providers, and support services, subject to their roles. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and prevent fraud.

You do not need to send us your completed product-planning worksheets, business plans, customer lists, or account credentials to use this guide. We do not collect completed worksheets through this website, and payment-card details are handled by Payhip and its payment processors rather than these marketing pages. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies; please review those notices before purchasing.

SECTION 07

Retention and data protection

Order and transaction records may be kept for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and applicable legal requirements. Support messages are kept as reasonably needed to resolve requests and maintain records. Retention periods vary by record type and provider.

We use reasonable administrative and technical precautions appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive passwords, full card numbers, or confidential client data by ordinary email.

SECTION 08

Requests and controls

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to identity verification, provider limitations, and recordkeeping obligations. Contact hello@laptopmoney.co with a description of your request.

You can control some browser cookies through your browser settings. If optional advertising trackers are deployed, applicable consent and opt-out choices will be made available where required. Your legal privacy rights may vary by location.

SECTION 09

Age scope and external links

The product is marketed to adults interested in starting a business and is not knowingly directed to children. Links to Payhip, Threads, other storefronts, and external references lead to services with their own privacy rules. We do not control those sites or their processing.

SECTION 10

Contact and policy updates

For product-related privacy questions or requests, email hello@laptopmoney.co. We may update this notice if our tracking, payment provider, or data handling changes; any revised date and material changes will be reflected on the published page.
