The digital product
These Terms of Use apply to the purchase and personal use of Your First $1,000 With Digital Products: The 28-Day Digital Product Launch Blueprint (the “Guide”), offered by Think Digital LLC, operating as Laptop Money (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Guide is an educational digital download, not business coaching or a done-for-you business.
The Guide includes a 35-page downloadable PDF with a 28-day action plan, five fillable worksheets (30 interactive fields), six customizable content-post frameworks, a seven-part sales-page framework, a launch checklist, product-development examples, and simple tracking exercises. Printed or physical goods are not included.
Audience and expectations
The Guide is intended for adults who want to create and market their own original digital product. It begins at the idea stage and walks through selecting a buyer, checking demand, building a useful first product, publishing a storefront listing, and beginning promotion.
The activities require your own time, judgment, access to basic software and internet services, and adherence to any applicable third-party platform rules. Some optional tools and sellers' payment systems may charge fees. The Guide does not provide a guaranteed business or sales.
Price, checkout, and delivery
The listed price is $37 USD, one time, unless a clearly disclosed promotion applies. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final amount are displayed by the payment provider before you pay. There is no subscription attached to this purchase.
Payment and file delivery are intended to be handled through Payhip or another disclosed checkout and delivery provider. Your payment information is handled by that provider and its supported processors, not by the static HTML site itself. Following successful payment, download access is made available according to the provider's receipt/email process. Please provide a valid email and save the file promptly.
The guide is a digital PDF. Book-shaped imagery and promotional mockups are visual representations, not a physical shipped product.
Refunds and access problems
7-day voluntary refund policy: You may request a refund by emailing hello@laptopmoney.co within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date. Include the email used at checkout and your order number or receipt so we can locate the transaction. Timely qualifying requests under this policy will be refunded to the original payment method where supported by the payment processor.
This voluntary policy does not reduce any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights you may have under applicable law. For download access, duplicate orders, damaged/corrupt files, or payment errors, contact the same support address, even if the ordinary 7-day request window has passed.
Do not send passwords or full payment-card information to support.
Ownership and permitted use
After purchasing, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Guide and use its exercises, blank worksheets, and general methods to plan and build your own original digital products.
You may create and sell your own original work informed by general skills taught in the Guide. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, share paid copies of, rebrand, or package the Guide, its layout, illustrations, examples, or worksheets as a standalone product or resale-rights offering without our written permission.
This purchase does not include master resale rights, private label rights, or ownership of Laptop Money intellectual property.
No earnings or time guarantees
The $1,000 title is a planning goal, not a guaranteed result. Any stated figures are arithmetic examples of cumulative gross sales before payment fees, refunds, expenses, taxes, and labor. The 28-day structure is an action schedule, not a guarantee of a first sale, profitability, or $1,000 within 28 days.
Many digital products generate little or no revenue. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including product quality, demand, customer fit, execution, marketing, costs, and platform availability. Nothing in the Guide is individualized legal, tax, financial, investment, or professional business advice.
Accuracy, rights, and conduct
You are responsible for the originality, accuracy, licensing, accessibility, and legal compliance of the products you create and any claims you make to customers. You must have rights to any images, trademarks, writing, data, or other materials you use or sell.
Do not invent testimonials, misrepresent business outcomes, misuse others' personal data, or make unsupported income claims. When using AI tools, review and verify outputs before publishing. Third-party tools and platforms have independent terms, fees, and policies.
Service limits and applicable rights
The Guide is provided for educational use, and information or third-party interfaces can change after publication. We aim to describe the contents accurately but cannot guarantee uninterrupted external platforms, particular results, or compatibility with every PDF reader. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied guarantees about business results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where lawful.
Contact, updates, and questions
For order, download, refund, or terms questions, email hello@laptopmoney.co. Include your purchase email and order identifier, not passwords or card details.
We may update these Terms for future purchases. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date; your purchase remains subject to any mandatory applicable rights.
